Orioles and Rays lineups (Martin scratched)

Chris Davis is out of the Orioles' lineup for the fourth night in a row.

Trey Mancini remains at first base as the Orioles open a four-game series against the Rays at Camden Yards.

Hanser Alberto, leading off and playing third base, has posted a .341 (14-for-41) average with five doubles, one triple, three home runs, 11 RBIs and nine runs scored during a 10-game hitting streak. He's batting .348 (24-for-69) in 19 games this month.

Asher Wojciechowski's first start with the Orioles came on July 2 at Tropicana Field, where he allowed four runs in 5 1/3 innings. He faced three Rays in a relief appearance on July 12 at Camden Yards, giving up one hit and striking out two.

Brandon Lowe is 3-for-3 with a home run off Wojciechowski.

Left-hander Ryan Yarbrough is 11-3 with a 3.34 ERA and 0.876 WHIP in 21 games, including seven starts. He's walked only 13 batters and allowed nine home runs in 105 innings.

Yarbrough's last two appearances have come as a starter and he's registered 15 scoreless innings with no walks and 18 strikeouts. He worked the last 6 1/3 innings against the Orioles on July 14 at Camden Yards and held them to one run and two hits with no walks and six strikeouts.

Jarrett, 24, batted .290/.349/.432 in 92 games with 13 doubles, one triple, 11 home runs, 37 RBIs, 53 runs scored and seven stolen bases.

The Orioles promoted Jarrett to Double-A Bowie on Aug. 15.

Update: Martin has been scratched. Villar moves to shortstop and Jace Peterson plays second base and bats ninth.

No reason given for the switch, but it might relate to Martin's dive into first base last night while trying to beat out a bunt.
