"Orioles Classics" #TBT: Walk-off this way ...

Social isolation is a lot more palatable when you have "Orioles Classics" on MASN at your fingertips. And you don't even have to stay six feet away from the TV screen, though the oft-repeated warning from my youth - "You'll ruin your eyes!" - springs to mind.

This week on "Orioles Classics," we've got some of the best walk-offs in recent vintages of Orioles history, including the final game of the storied career of Cal Ripken Jr.

There are some other special games in the rotation: a look back at the 1966 World Series, the first game at Camden Yards and a Minnesota memory near and dear to the heart of the Iron Man.

Thursday, April 9 - 1:30 p.m. - With the O's and A's exchanging zeros in extra innings on Aug. 14, 2015, Manny Machado stepped to the plate in the bottom of the 13th and promptly ended things with a decisive two-run homer to left for an 8-6 victory. The win went to Jason García, his lone decision in his only major league season as a Rule 5 draft selection.

Thursday, April 9, 11:30 p.m. - The White Sox took a 4-3 lead to the bottom of the ninth at Camden Yards on June 23, 2014, but that's not the way things ended. Chris Davis came off the bench in that frame to blast a pinch-hit three-run homer for a 6-4 Orioles triumph. Adam Jones and Caleb Joseph had homered earlier for the Birds.

Friday, April 10 - 4 p.m. - While dinner's on the stove, in the oven or en route via your delivery service of choice, settle back and reminisce about Ripken's swan song on Oct. 6, 2001. Few people remember the O's 5-1 loss to the Red Sox; everyone recalls, however, that Brady Anderson struck out swinging for the game's final out, leaving Ripken on deck and unable to receive one more well-deserved ovation from the home fans.

Saturday, April 11 - 3:30 p.m. - Everything that happened in the Orioles' season opener against the Indians on April 6, 1992 was a first, as it was the debut of Camden Yards, the retro stadium that became the model for a wave of ballpark construction in the years to come. Right-hander Rick Sutcliffe quickly dispatched the Tribe - like 2 hours, 2 minutes! - and the O's first hit in their new home was a leadoff single by Glenn Davis in the second inning.

Saturday, April 11 - 11:30 p.m. - More than half a century later, we're still amazed that the O's vanquished the heavily favored Dodgers in four straight in 1966. Enjoy this recap of four of the niftiest Orioles victories, which put Baltimore baseball on the map.

Sunday, April 12 - 11:30 p.m. - A three-hit night in the Orioles' 6-4 win at the Metrodome on April 15, 2000 got Ripken to one of baseball's magic numbers, the 3,000-hit club. The third time was the charm for Ripken, who laced a single to center off Héctor Carrasco in the seventh, minutes after Albert Belle scored the tiebreaking run on a passed ball.

Monday, April 13 - 2 p.m. - Down 5-3 heading into the bottom of the ninth, the O's scored four times, with Chris Dickerson's three-run walk-off homer producing a 7-5 victory and making a winner of Darren O'Day, who needed to get only one out to pick up a win.

Tuesday, April 14 -11:30 p.m. - The O's tangled with the Braves on July 27, 2015 in a game that turned into a nailbiter of a pitchers' duel. But starters Alex Wood and Kevin Gausman were long gone by the time Matt Wieters stepped to the plate leading off the bottom of the 11th and whacked a walk-off home run to right-center field for a 2-1 win.

Wednesday, April 15 - 9 a.m. - A four-run eighth inning proved the Yankees' undoing on Aug. 13, 2014. Jonathan Schoop and Jones went deep in that frame, erasing a 2-1 lead by the Bronx Bombers en route to a 5-3 victory.

Wednesday, April 15 - 4 p.m. - You like homers? We've got homers! Five of them, in fact. On Aug. 25, 2014, the lumber was thumping, as Nick Markakis, Delmon Young, Steve Pearce, J.J. Hardy and Davis all went yard in a 9-1 victory over the Rays that also featured some fine glovework by Jones.
