Reimold goes fence for 1-0 lead (O's take 4-2 lead)

Nolan Reimold hit his 10th home run tonight. He also hit the top of the left field fence. It counts. Reimold connected off Rays starter Wade Davis leading off the bottom of the third inning, the ball bouncing into the stands, to give the Orioles a 1-0 lead. He's now 3-for-7 lifetime against Davis. Reimold's last home run came Sept. 7 off the Yankees' A.J. Burnett. Jeremy Guthrie struck out four Rays over the first three innings. He got B.J. Upton on a 93 mph fastball, Evan Longoria on a 94 mph cutter, Johnny Damon on a 75 mph curveball and Sam Fuld on an 85 mph slider after getting strikes on a 92 mph fastball and 73 mph curve. Instant update: Guthrie walked two batters in the top of the fourth, and they both scored on Matt Joyce's two-out double. Update II: Well, the Orioles are flexing their muscle tonight. Chris Davis' three-run homer in the bottom of the fourth gave the Orioles a 4-2 lead. Vladimir Guerrero reached on an infield hit and took third on Matt Wieters' double to right. Davis fell behind, 0-2, before driving a 95 mph fastball over the left field fence.
