Silver Slugger Awards to be presented Thursday, April 3

On Thursday, April 3, three Orioles will receive their 2013 Silver Slugger Awards: first baseman Chris Davis, shortstop J.J. Hardy, and center fielder Adam Jones. The three winners represent a single-season club record.
The Louisville Slugger Silver Slugger Award is the top offensive honor in Major League Baseball. Coaches and managers vote for the best offensive producers at each position in the field in both the American and National Leagues. In a pre-game ceremony, Tyler Silbey of Louisville Slugger will present all three first-time recipients with their Silver Slugger Awards.
