Wilson Betemit has returned to Single-A Frederick to continue his injury-rehab assignment, which runs through Aug. 25. Double-A Bowie is on the road, so Betemit moved down one level.
Betemit went 3-for-9 with three RBIs with the Keys on Aug. 12-13. He played five games with Bowie, going 6-for-17 with three RBIs and four walks. Betemit began his rehab assignment with the Gulf Coast League Orioles on Aug. 6 and played five games, going 6-for-16 with two doubles and three RBIs.
