"I think when you come in in the ninth inning, sometimes guys think they have to throw harder and try to strike everybody out," Trembley said. The Orioles are putting Johnson back where it's "best for him, best for the team," Trembley added. The Orioles will play an intrasquad game on March 1 - orange vs. black - and the coaches will conduct a draft soon to choose teams. The Orioles will hold a clinic for the local Boys and Girls Club after the game. Kam Mickolio said he dropped about 12 pounds over the winter by running more and watching what he ate.
