Jorge Mateo has successful UCL reconstruction surgery

Jorge Mateo had successful left elbow ulnar collateral ligament reconstruction with internal brace and flexor repair today. The surgery was performed by Dr. Keith Meister at Trinity Park Surgery Center in Arlington, Texas.
