Nats look to help improve Wi-Fi connections in Nationals Park

Fan experience is important to the Nationals, especially in this day and age of mobile phone use, Wi-Fi connections and connectivity levels at the stadium. Some fans have been concerned about getting good levels on their Wi-Fi connections throughout the stadium.

I had some questions on Twitter about Wi-Fi at Nationals Park.

I posed the concern to Nationals chief revenue and marketing office Valerie Camillo. She confirmed strong Wi-Fi in the stadium is a top priority.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.," Camillo said. "We are constantly working on spots in the park that are problematic and doing everything we can to upgrade the service."

Text or email your issue to that address. If you cannot do it at the game, then do it first thing when you get home. Camillo said this will help them pinpoint the low Wi-Fi level areas.

"(Fans) should state the section and row that they are in or where they are at when they are having the problem," Camillo said. "Because what we do is, after every game, we get those (emails and texts) in and we walk and we do volumetric tests on the concourse."
