The penultimate National League All-Star balloting update has been released and the Nationals now just have two players ranked in their respective positions: Bryce Harper and Trea Turner.

Harper has been going through a highly documented and publicized slump over the last month-plus, but he's made some positive strides over the last week, slashing .300/.423/.600 with six hits (all doubles), three RBIs and five walks over his last six games. He also made headlines over the last few days when he said he would participate in the Home Run Derby if elected to the All-Star Game.

The five-time All-Star has slipped from second to third in NL outfielder voting behind the Braves' Nick Markakis and the Dodgers' Matt Kemp. So if you want to see Harper crush home runs in his home ballpark during All-Star week, make sure to send in your votes to keep him in the starting lineup.

Turner is the other Nationals position player placing in the latest ballot update. The shortstop has been arguably the Nationals' best player so far this season, both at the plate and in the field. He is second in all of baseball with 21 stolen bases (behind only teammate Michael A. Taylor's 23) and leads all NL shortstops with a 2.4 fWAR. Turner remains in fifth and is pretty far behind the Rockies' Trevor Story, so vote often to send Anthony Rendon's favorite player to his first All-Star Game!
