Game 7 lineups: Nats vs. Braves

The Nationals have spent much of the last two weeks shuffling and then reshuffling their rotation, accounting for rainouts, scheduled off-days and other factors. Now they've had to reshuffle it again due to illness.

Stephen Strasburg, who was scheduled to start tonight against the Braves, has been scratched because he's not feeling well. So it'll be Tanner Roark instead taking the mound at 7:05 p.m. The good news: Roark is still pitching on five days' rest, so he'll be plenty fresh. The bad news: He struggled in his season debut last Thursday, allowing four runs and nine hits over four innings that were sandwiched around an 85-minute rain delay. The Nationals will hope good weather helps Roark find a groove this time. The right-hander pitched well against Atlanta last season, posting a 2.70 ERA in five appearances (two of them starts).

He'll have a couple of reserves behind him in the field tonight, with Stephen Drew starting at third base in place of Anthony Rendon, who gets his first night off of the young season, and Clint Robinson starting for Ryan Zimmerman at first. The Braves, meanwhile, are playing without left fielder Hector Olivera, who this morning was arrested by Arlington Police and accused of assault of a woman he was with at the club's hotel. Olivera has been placed on restrictive leave by Major League Baseball, which is now investigating the incident.

It's going to be another chilly evening at the ballpark, but there isn't a cloud in the sky, so that's at least reason to smile ...
