Lombardozzi, Moore in Nats lineup against Gee

As teammates, good friends and roommates, Steve Lombardozzi and Tyler Moore are around each other a lot. That's why, as a joke, an unknown member of the Nationals took Moore's jersey, hat and baseball gloves during the last homestand and put them in Lombardozzi's locker. When Moore walked into the Nats clubhouse and made his way toward his locker, he noticed his stuff was gone. The confused Moore started spinning around looking, trying to figure out what was going on, only to find his gear hanging adjacent to Lombardozzi's, the two buddies' jerseys and stuff right next to each other. Anyway, that story is my longwinded way of telling you that Lombardozzi and Moore will be alongside each other in the Nationals lineup tonight. Moore will play left and hit seventh, while Lombardozzi will play second and hit eighth. Jordan Zimmermann gets the ball for the Nats tonight, searching for his National League-leading 17th win. The Mets will send righty Dillon Gee, the guy who has dominated the Nats this season, to the mound. In five starts against the Nationals this year, Gee is 4-1 with a 2.16 ERA.
