Nationals-Braves game postponed due to severe weather (updated)

Tonight's game between the Nationals and Braves has been postponed due to severe weather in the area. Details on a makeup date have not yet been announced, but I will obviously pass them along as soon as I hear anything. Conditions in the area have been terrible tonight, and it's been raining nearly nonstop for the last couple hours. There have been tornado warnings nearby, as well. Update: Tonight's game will not be made up during this homestand, and will instead be pushed back later in the season. Manager Davey Johnson said August is a possibility for the rescheduled game. The Braves are scheduled to play three games at Nats Park from Aug. 20-22. Johnson announced that he will not make a change in his rotation. He will use Stephen Strasburg for tomorrow's game, and will bump Gio Gonzalez back to Sunday. The Braves will make a rotation adjustment however; they'll skip lefty Mike Minor, who was scheduled to start tonight, and will go with righties Brandon Beachy (Saturday) and Tommy Hanson (Sunday) for the shortened series.
