PHILADELPHIA - As the Nationals get ready to play their final game before the All-Star break, Tanner Roark will be making his first start since July 4.
Roark was supposed to start Tuesday's game against the Orioles, but the game was postponed due to rain. Manager Matt Williams decided to skip Roark's spot in the rotation and instead opted to start Doug Fister on regular rest.
Roark will face Phillies right-hander Kyle Kendrick.
