Nats stick with same lineup in finale against Cubs

You score 13 runs and you don't change much.

The Nationals lineup today, with the exception of starting pitcher Jordan Zimmermann, looks exactly as it did yesterday, when they pounded out a season-high 19 hits in a rout of the Cubs.

There's one thing standing between the Nats and a series victory against Chicago: right-hander Jake Arrieta, who has taken a no-hitter at least into the seventh inning in each of his last two starts.

On the season, Arrieta is 5-1 with a 1.18 ERA in 11 starts. With Jeff Samardzija and Jason Hammel traded to the A's, the Cubs are going to need similar production over the long haul from Arrieta.

Here are today's lineups:

For the Cubs:

LF Ryan Sweeney
CF Justin Ruggiano
1B Anthony Rizzo
SS Starlin Castro
3B Luis Valbuena
RF Nate Schierholz
C John Baker
2B Darwin Barney
RHP Jake Arrieta

For the Nationals:

CF Denard Span
2B Anthony Rendon
RF Jayson Werth
1B Adam LaRoche
3B Ryan Zimmerman
LF Bryce Harper
SS Ian Desmond
C Wilson Ramos
RHP Jordan Zimmermann
