WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Right-hander AnÃbal Sánchez makes his second start of the spring schedule when the Nationals entertain the Astros this afternoon at FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches.
In his first outing, Feb. 26 against the Cardinals, Sánchez threw two hitless innings, walking one and striking out one.
Anthony Rendon gets today off, with Howie Kendrick taking over at third base. Kendrick has made 15 starts and 18 appearances at the hot corner during his major league career, but none since 2016.
