Werth Chia Pet, Rendon garden gnome, historical bobbleheads highlight 2015 Nationals promotional schedule

The Nationals are rolling out a slew of interesting promotional giveaways to mark their 10th anniversary season, including an array of historical mementos to celebrate their first decade in D.C.

On the heels of last year's successful Jayson Werth garden gnome, the Nats will offer an Anthony Rendon garden gnome to the first 25,000 fans through the turnstiles on Tuesday, Aug. 25. Werth fans shouldn't be worried, as their favorite bearded player will be celebrated in a unique Chia Pet to be distributed to the first 20,000 fans on Wednesday, Aug. 5.

The Nats will issue a series of special giveaways on 10-Year Tuesdays, including a stationery set (April 21), bottle stopper (May 5), commemorative coin (June 2), lapel pin (July 7), 2005 replica ticket (Aug. 4) and 2005 mini lineup card (Sept. 8). The first 10,000 fans on each night get the premiums.

Bobblehead collectors will want to take note of a special collection of nodders marking significant moments in Nationals history: a Livan Hernandez opening game bobblehead (May 4); Ryan Zimmerman walk-off bobblehead (June 4); Stephen Strasburg debut game bobblehead (July 5); Werth playoff walk-off bobblehead (Aug. 30); and Jordan Zimmermann no-hitter celebration bobblehead (Sept. 25). If you're among the first 25,000 fans in the park on those days, you get the giveaway.

The giveaway bonanza begins on April 4, when a commemorative collector's tin will be given away to the first 25,000 fans through the gates for opening day.
