Adam Jones ranks fourth in All-Star balloting

The Orioles don't have any leaders in the American League All-Star balloting as Major League Baseball provides the first update.

Detroit's Yoenis Cespedes is fifth with 668,059 votes.

Manny Machado, an All-Star selection in 2013, is fourth among third baseman with 266,746 votes, trailing Kansas City's Mike Moustakas, Toronto's Josh Donaldson and Boston's Pablo Sandoval.

Caleb Joseph is fifth among catchers with 205,568 votes, trailing Kansas City's Salvador Perez, Oakland's Stephen Vogt, Toronto's Russell Martin and New York's Brian McCann.

No other Orioles are listed among the leaders at the remaining positions.

The 2015 All-Star Game will be played at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati on Tuesday, July 14.

The next voting update is coming on Monday.

The Royals could become just the second major league team and the first AL team to have five players earn starting All-Star assignments since voting was returned to fans in 1970. Only the 1976 Reds (Johnny Bench, Dave Concepcion, George Foster, Joe Morgan and Pete Rose) have accomplished the feat.
