Bowie's S. Johnson leaves game after being hit (O's win 4-0)

Double-A Bowie's Steve Johnson was on a roll tonight, striking out five New Hampshire batters in 2 1/3 scoreless innings, but he came out of the game after being hit on the right arm by a line drive from Adeiny Hechavarria. The ball didn't hit a bone, catching Johnson on the fleshy part of his arm near his elbow. He was removed as a precaution and will be evaluated tomorrow. Johnson's allowed only five earned runs in his last five starts covering 29 1/3 innings. He's struck out 28 batters in that span. Johnson also allowed one run in six innings in an April 28 start, and tossed six scoreless innings on May 3. Meanwhile, Luke Scott's shoulder must feel a lot better. Besides the Eutaw St. home run, he doubled off the center field fence in the seventh inning and drew another loud ovation. Felix Pie pinch-ran for Scott and scored on Mark Reynolds' double. Orioles 4, Oakland 0. Clay Rapada and Jeremy Accardo have combined for two scoreless innings in relief of Chris Jakubauskas. Update: Koji Uehara retired the side in order in the ninth to preserve a 4-0 win. Jakubauskas picked up his first major league victory since Aug. 12, 2009, when he tossed two scoreless innings of relief for the Mariners. Tonight's attendance: 13,652
