SARASOTA, Fla. - Alexi Casilla is starting at shortstop today in the Orioles' split-squad game against the Phillies in Clearwater.
Casilla was scratched from yesterday's lineup due to swelling in his left knee, same as Friday's game against the Twins in Fort Myers.
Suk-min Yoon is on the travel roster after making his debut Saturday against the Yankees. Yoon threw 11 pitches in one inning. He's fresh.
The Orioles don't have a designated hitter listed, but that could chance after the Phillies decided to use one. Why would Brian Matusz bat?
Nick Markakis is starting in right field.

Update II: The split-squad game against the Phillies in Clearwater has been canceled due to rain. I'm guessing the tornado watch in the Tampa area until 11 p.m. may have prompted it, too.
Teams don't make up exhibition games. That's why it's canceled instead of postponed.
Still no rain in Sarasota, but the sky has looked ominous all day. We're also experiencing high winds.
If the Orioles play tonight, Matusz and Kevin Gausman could pitch against the Twins after returning from Clearwater. Otherwise, manager Buck Showalter told reporters that they would throw Tuesday during the off day.
Also, Showalter told reporters that Ubaldo Jimenez tossed 3 2/3 scoreless innings against the Red Sox minor leaguers in Fort Myers, striking out seven batters and throwing 66 pitches.
