The Orioles played their first extra-inning game of the year and walked off with a 2-1, 12-inning win over Toronto. Steve Lombardozzi tripled with one out in the 12th and scored the winning run on David Lough's single to left. The Orioles got outstanding pitching and finally ended a 15-inning scoreless streak in the last of the seventh inning. Tommy Hunter suffered his first blown save, but his teammates picked him up as the O's improved to 5-6. Here are some quotes from around the winning clubhouse.
