Fans encouraged with giveaways, ticket discounts to "Vote Orange" for 2015 All-Star Game

Don't blink, because before you know it, it will be July. Granted, we're only in the first week of May and it seems as if baseball is just starting to get into full swing. (Pun very much intended.)

jones-intense-alds-sidebar.pngAlthough we're only about a month in, we have already seen some amazing baseball moments. Manny Machado continues to make so many nearly impossible plays look routine. We saw Chris Davis hit a home run that ended up on Eutaw Street. Oh yeah, and Adam Jones. Do we even need to say anything else?

The center fielder is on fire, and he finished off the first month of the season with a .400 average, along with five homers, 19 RBIs and 17 runs scored.

So with that in mind, it's already time to "Vote Orange" for your Orioles to make this season's All-Star Game at Great American Ballpark.

Last year, we saw three Orioles represented - Matt Wieters, Nelson Cruz and Jones. The year before, the Orioles dominated the field by sending five representatives.

This season, you have the opportunity to help the Orioles shine on the national stage once again.

For the first time ever, the 2015 Esurance MLB All-Star Game ballot is exclusively online. Fans can cast votes for their favorite players up to 35 times per email address at www.orioles.com/voteorange.

In addition, fans who vote 35 times and select the Orioles as their "favorite" club will receive an online promo code for $10 off a box seat or $5 off a reserved seat for any game in the Orioles series vs. the Braves on July 27-29. These fans will also be automatically be entered into the 2015 Orioles All-Star Sweepstakes for a chance to win an All-Star Game jersey signed by the 2015 Orioles All-Stars.

Here's the full list of Orioles candidates:
Catcher: Caleb Joseph
First base: Steve Pearce
Second base: Jonathan Schoop
Third base: Manny Machado
Shortstop: J.J. Hardy
Outfield: Alejandro De Aza, Adam Jones, Travis Snider
Designated hitter: Chris Davis

The Orioles are also encouraging fans to use #VoteOrange on social media to showcase their loyalty to their favorite O's. For more information and to vote, visit www.orioles.com/voteorange.
