Jones serving as DH again (Gausman in Baltimore)

The Orioles lineup for tonight's series finale against the New York Yankees includes Adam Jones serving as the designated hitter for the second consecutive game.
Jones was bothered by a sore right leg late in Monday night's game.
Chris Dickerson again will start in center field. Alexi Casilla will start at second base.

Update: Kevin Gausman, the 2012 first-rounder who is slated to make his major league debut Thursday, is in the Orioles clubhouse and is currently in manager Buck Showalter's office.
His locker is being set up right now and he will wear No. 37.
