The Orioles signed right-hander Lincoln Henzman, 28, to a minor league contract and assigned him to Double-A Bowie.

The White Sox drafted Henzman in the fourth round in 2017 out of Louisville. He’s never reached the majors, pitching in the independent Atlantic League in 2023 and at Double-A Pensacola and Triple-A Jacksonville this year in the Marlins system. Used mostly in relief that last few years, Henzman has registered a 4.28 ERA and 1.387 WHIP in 137 games over six minor league seasons.

Also, Bowie pitcher Carlos Tavera and outfielder Donta' Williams have moved up to Triple-A Norfolk.
