Not a pretty picture: Orioles against Boston stats

Since the start of their series with the Orioles in Fenway Park on July 7, Boston has won five of five games between these teams, scoring 47 runs in that time. In those five games, the Red Sox are batting .350 as a team against Baltimore pitching with 14 doubles, two triples and 13 homers. They are batting .348 with runners in scoring position in those games in which they have scored 10, 10, 4, 8 and 15 runs. Leading Red Sox hitters this year against the Orioles: .487 - Jacoby Ellsbury at 19-for-39 with a homer and seven RBIs. .459 - Adrian Gonzalez at 17-for-37 with six doubles, one HR, nine RBIs and a 1.238 OPS. .375 - Josh Reddick at 6-for-16 with two homers and six RBIs. .333 - Dustin Pedroia at 13-for-39 with three homers and nine RBIs. Boston, in nine games against the Orioles, has hit .327 as a team with an OPS of .947. The Sox have scored 66 runs in those games for an average of 7.3 runs per game. The Orioles pitchers are 2-7 with an ERA of 6.84 on the year against Boston. I could also point that Boston has won 13 of its last 15, has a major league best 30-19 road record and leads all big league teams in July in runs, homers and OBP, but why bother?
