Random updates (and wild no-hitter)

Tonight's attendance: 43,484. Nationals center fielder Nyjer Morgan is having the game of his life tonight. He's 4-for-4 with a double, RBI, three runs scored and a stolen base, he's robbed Corey Patterson of a home run and he's run down Miguel Tejada's bases-loaded shot to left-center field. He's made a much better impression than the one he left back in D.C. All three of the Orioles' runs in the fifth were unearned after two errors by Nats shortstop Ian Desmond. Are we really playing matchups in the fifth inning? Really, Jim Riggleman? Nolan Reimold is starting again at first base tonight for Triple-A Norfolk. He's 1-for-2 and was hit by a pitch. Left-hander Troy Patton allowed six runs and nine hits in 5 1/3 innings. Double-A Bowie left-hander Zach Britton has held Altoona to one run and four hits, with nine strikeouts, in eight innings. His ERA's down to 2.48. Caleb Joseph hit his sixth homer, accounting for the Baysox's only run. Felix Pie is 1-for-3 with a walk and run scored at Single-A Frederick. Rick Zagone allowed two runs and seven hits, with no walks and four strikeouts, in 6 1/3 innings. Arizona's Edwin Jackson just threw a no-hitter in a 1-0 victory over Tampa Bay. He walked eight - yes, eight - and threw 149 pitches.
