Rotation update

The Orioles are listing Scott Feldman, Jason Hammel, Wei-Yin Chen and Miguel Gonzalez as their four starters for the series in Kansas City that begins Monday night. Manager Buck Showalter is keeping the same five starters after the All-Star break, but he's tweaked the order by moving Feldman ahead of Hammel. Hammel pitched Saturday against the Blue Jays at Camden Yards. and allowed six runs and 10 hits in six innings, falling to 7-6 with a 5.24 ERA in 19 starts. He hasn't won since May 27 in Washington, a span of eight starts Feldman picked up his first win as an Oriole the following day, holding Toronto to three runs and five hits in 7 1/3 innings, with one walk and seven strikeouts. Wade Davis, former Oriole Bruce Chen, Ervin Santana and former Oriole Jeremy Guthrie will start the four games for Kansas City. Since the start of the 2010 season, Adam Jones is one of four AL players with 300 or more runs and 600 or more hits, joining Miguel Cabrera, Robinson Cano and Adrian Beltre (per STATS). In his last three games, Jones is 6-for-9 with a double, three homers, six RBIs, seven runs and three walks. In his last four games, Chris Davis is 6-for-14 with a double, four homers, eight RBIs and seven runs scored. Davis' 93 RBIs in 2013 would have led 23 teams in Orioles history and tied one other. According to STATS, Davis is the only player in major league history to have 25-plus doubles, 30-plus home runs and 85-plus RBIs prior to the All-Star Game. The first All-Star Game was played in 1933. Hunter Harvey, the Orioles' first-round pick in the 2013 First-Year Player Draft, made his professional debut today for the Gulf Coast League team. He allowed one hit and struck out a batter in one inning against the Gulf Coast League Rays. Danny Valencia sent the following tweet a few minutes ago: "Had a great shvitz in the steam room at the @FSDallas feeling good and ready #bossup"
