Wieters' homer extends O's lead (O's win 12-5)

Matt Wieters hit a three-run homer off Yankees reliever Luis Ayala in the bottom of the sixth inning. It's been that kind of night. Wieters has 14 homers and 50 RBIs this season. Alex Rodriguez hit a solo homer off Tommy Hunter in the top of the seventh, and Nick Swisher just added a two-run shot. Still no outs and pitching coach Rick Adair is visiting the mound.
