And that's a wrap

We did it, NatsTown. Together, we survived another difficult season while miraculously watching our team somehow end up with 59 wins again. We lost a GM, a manager and several players but we gained exciting new players, a young pitching phenom, a talented new GM and another first round draft pick in 2010. Despite the challenges this season brought, we still witnessed some very good baseball from time to time. Adam Dunn, Ryan Zimmerman and Josh Willingham provided plenty of moments to celebrate and young starters like Lannan, Olsen and Martis shut down some pretty impressive lineups with pitching gems. These last seven games were exciting and a good reason to be hopeful about what 2010 and 2011 will bring. As you begin to think about season tickets for next season, remember that the Nationals are offering plenty of exciting promotions to help you make that decision. Offering a new Red Carpet Rewards program that features upgrades and free tickets, the Nationals also have a convenient Grand Slam EZ Payment Plan and a ton of other great incentives. You can also pass the time by planning your trip to Viera, FL for March or following Winter Ball in the Dominican or Venezuela. Winter Meetings are quickly approaching and the Nationals usually host plenty of events to keep baseball on your mind throughout the winter. Before you know it, pitchers and catchers will be reporting to sunny Florida and all will be right with the world again.
