Where is Birdland?

Is it a place with an address - like 2110 Eutaw Street? Or is it an idea, an expression used to tell people that this (wherever you are) is Oriole fan territory?
It's both in a way. Oriole Park at Camden Yards is certainly "Birdland." It's the city center of all that is Oriole fandom, but Birdland is bigger than merely the Yard.
