Game 128 lineups: Nats at Cubs

CHICAGO - The Nationals won't face a tougher turnaround this season than last night's game in Pittsburgh to this afternoon's game at Wrigley Field. We'll see how they look when they take the field in a few hours, but for what it's worth the entire lineup (sans pitcher) is the same as it was last night. Including Kurt Suzuki, who caught Max Scherzer last night and will catch Aníbal Sánchez today.

Howie-Kendrick-Base-Hit-at-SD-Gray-Sidebar.jpgThis is an interesting stretch of games, because the Nationals will be facing four consecutive left-handed starters: the Pirates' Steven Brault last night, and now the Cubs' Jon Lester, José Quintana and Cole Hamels this weekend. So Howie Kendrick, who hasn't started much over the last week, could now get several consecutive starts at first base as Davey Martinez looks to play the matchups.

The one guy who should be well-rested is Sánchez, because he flew into Chicago yesterday, ahead of the team. The right-hander faces a tough Cubs lineup, but the good news is the wind is blowing in at Wrigley today.
