Notching his fourth walk-off win in only 14 games with Adam Jones' 11th-inning RBI bunt, Buck Showalter's Orioles continue to dominate the television ratings race on MASN.
In the coveted 10-11 p.m. time slot, Buck's Birds were the highest-rated program in the Baltimore media market on Monday evening. The Orioles' 6.4 HH rating beat out Dateline, CSI: Miami, and every other broadcast offering in the time slot.
For the evening, the Orioles' thrilling win over the Seattle Mariners on Monday night generated a 4.7 HH rating - and 51,000 households - which is the team's average television rating under Showalter's 10-4 tenure.
This rating is 42 percent higher than the Orioles' season average before Showalter took over, when the team earned a 3.3 HH average on MASN.
