Nick Johnson still doesn't have a hit this season after going 0-for-4 with two strikeouts tonight. Endy Chavez is in a 0-for-12 slump, and he left five runners on base tonight. Nick Markakis is 3-for-29, though he'll bat in the ninth. Matt Lindstrom didn't allow a run in 1 1/3 innings, which makes him a long reliever on this team. Instant update: Reimold just homered in the ninth inning for the third time since Friday, reducing Chicago's lead to 4-3. He didn't play yesterday and didn't enter tonight's game until pinch-hitting for Chavez in the seventh. Markakis struck out for the third time tonight. That's 13 strikeouts for the Orioles. Update II: Well, now the Orioles are producing in the clutch. They just need to keep the bases empty. Adam Jones homered off Hector Santiago with two outs in the ninth to tie the game, 4-4. That's four homers for Jones this season, and two in the last two games. What a turnaround.
