Four runs off Reyes before first out (updated twice)

Jo-Jo Reyes held the Tigers to one run over six innings in his last start. He gave up a run tonight after three batters, and four runs after four batters. The Angels worked Reyes for 34 pitches while taking a 4-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning. Reyes surrendered a double, single, Howie Kendrick's RBI single and Torii Hunter's three-run homer. Vernon Wells singled with one out for the Angels' fifth hit of the inning. Hunter is 3-for-7 with two homers lifetime against Reyes. Update: The Orioles didn't score in the top of the second after loading the bases with one out, and Peter Bourjos homered in the bottom half to increase the Angels' lead to 5-0. And so it goes... Vladimir Guerrero has four doubles in his last three games. Update II: Consecutive two-out singles by Adam Jones, Guerrero and Matt Wieters produced a run in the top of the third. Down on the farm, Triple-A Norfolk's Steve Johnson held Charlotte to two runs and three hits, with three walks and six strikeouts, over six innings. He's registered two straight Triple-A wins. Jake Fox hit his 12th homer, a three-run shot that increased his RBI total to 54. He later added a two-run double. Matt Hobgood started Game 1 of short-season Single-A Aberdeen's doubleheader against Auburn, and he allowed four runs and four hits in four-plus innings. Hobgood walked seven, struck out one, threw a wild pitch and hit a batter. He's 0-5 with an 11.63 ERA.
