Game 128 lineups: Nats vs. Phillies

The Nationals have won the first two games of this critical series against the Phillies in comeback fashion.

The Nats trailed in each game only to comeback for 10-4 and 8-7 victories.

On Tuesday, they were down 4-1 but scored nine unanswered runs to win 10-4.

On Wednesday, they were down 3-0, 3-1, 4-1, 5-4, 6-5, 7-5 and 7-6 only to win 8-7 on a Ryan Zimmerman two-run walk-off homer with two outs in the bottom of the ninth.

The pair of wins for the Nats were their first back-to-back against the Phillies this season.

"That was fun. Zim, unbelievable," said Nationals manager Davey Martinez. "The boys didn't quit. I want to give a shout out to Matty Grace because he wasn't supposed to pitch today and we called him and said, 'Hey we need you to face one hitter, if possible. Can you do it?' and he said, Yeah, absolutely," and he got a big out for us. And (Jimmy) Cordero did a great job. We just couldn't get outs. Three ground balls and then he got a fly ball so the boys played their butts off."

Now the Nationals have a chance to sweep the series, which would be their first series sweep since May 30. They had swept series that week back-to-back in Miami and at Camden Yards. Since then, they have won three games in a row only three times. The Nats have won four of their last six games.
