Hunter hanging around (Bundy deal done)

Tommy Hunter gave up two runs, and a lead, in the second inning, but he's giving the Orioles a quality start. Hunter has blanked the Athletics since the second. He's allowed nine hits, walked none and struck out two in six innings. Hunter gets the first two outs and then runs into a little trouble, but nothing he can't handle at the moment. The Orioles have only two hits off Oakland left-hander Gio Gonzalez through the sixth inning, including Matt Wieters' solo home run. Nick Markakis also singled, but he broke too soon for second base on a stolen base attempt and was tagged out in a rundown. Josh Bell walked to lead off the top of the sixth, but Gonzalez retired the next three batters. Meanwhile, we're minutes away from the midnight deadline for signing draft picks, and still no word on Dylan Bundy. However, it's not unusual for these announcements to be made a few minutes past 12 a.m. Update: The Orioles have reached agreement with first-round pick Dylan Bundy, who was 11-0 with a 0.20 ERA, five walks and 158 strikeouts in 71 innings at Owassa High in Oklahoma. You just knew the announcement would come late. It always does. The Orioles reached agreement with 22 of their picks, including the top 11.
