Lineups and Steve Johnson update

Matt Wieters is behind the plate again today for the home regular-season finale against the Red Sox. For the Orioles: Nate McLouth LF J.J. Hardy SS Chris Davis RF Adam Jones CF Matt Wieters C Jim Thome DH Mark Reynolds 1B Ryan Flaherty 2B Manny Machado 3B Joe Saunders LHP For the Red Sox: Ellsbury CF Pedroia 2B Ross RF Gomez 1B Valencia 3B Lavarnway C Nava LF Ciriaco DH Iglesias SS Stewart RHP Steve Johnson said his right foot is much better today after being hit by Dustin Pedroia's sharp grounder last night, but he's more concerned about his left knee, which he twisted on the same play. "Just trying to figure out how everything else feels and we'll go from there," he said. "Knee's bothering me a little bit. It kind of gave out yesterday, so just trying to figure out what's going on with that. I don't feel terrible, but it's bothering me a little bit. "It kind of gave out a little bit. Basically, just trying to figure out what it is. It's not so bad walking around, but I can make it hurt here and there. I don't know what it is. We're treating it and hoping nothing big." Johnson could get an MRI. The timing is bad, of course, with Johnson hoping to be included on the postseason roster. "Obviously, it's never good," he said. "I don't want to be hurt. I'm just hoping I'm still OK. I feel like right now I could go out and pitch if I needed to, so that makes me feel a lot better. I'm hoping I can still help the team, and I have every belief that I can do that. I'll just get some treatment and everything will be OK." Johnson was rolling along until being hit in the fourth inning. Jarrod Saltalamacchia drilled a two-run homer in the fifth, and Johnson was removed after the first two batters reached in the sixth. "I felt really good - locating, good curveball, good changeup," he said. "I was in a real good groove, but unfortunately, I got hit and it kind of took me out of it a little bit. I just lost a little bit of location. Just kind of unfortunate, but after they scored their runs to tie it, we went ahead, so it was just great to win the game and be able to keep the team in it."
