O's game blog: Dylan Bundy faces Chris Archer at Camden Yards

The Orioles haven't won since Friday when Dylan Bundy was on the mound. The right-hander's rotation turn has come up again and he pitches tonight against the Tampa Bay Rays.

Since Bundy pitched the Orioles to a 3-1 win over Cleveland on Friday, the Orioles have lost four in a row by a combined 21-8 score. They are 1-10 in their last 11 games and 2-12 in the last 14. The Orioles are 6-18 for the season and 3-8 at home heading into tonight's game.

Bundy (1-2, 1.42 ERA) will make his sixth start of 2018 tonight. He has allowed one earned run or less four times and thrown seven innings or more twice. He has recorded four quality starts and the Orioles are 2-3 in his outings.

That is his third-highest ERA against any team (minimum five starts), behind only 5.87 against Cleveland and 5.49 against Boston. In seven career games (six starts) at Camden Yards, Archer is 1-5 with a 6.69 ERA against the Orioles. His last win at Oriole Park was on Aug. 31, 2015.

Since starting 1-8, the Rays are 8-5 for an overall record of 9-13. They are in fourth in the American League East, four games ahead of the Orioles. Tampa Bay has four in a row and eight of its last 10 games versus the Orioles.

O's lefty reliever Richard Bleier leads all major league relievers with 1.0 Wins Above Replacement according to Baseball-Reference.com. Bleier is 2-0 with an ERA of 0.57 in 11 games.

Delmarva's dramatic win: The Single-A Delmarva Shorebirds were down a run and down to their final strike earlier today. That is when left fielder Zach Jarrett bashed a two-run walk-off home run to left, lifting Delmarva past Kannapolis 4-3 at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium.

The teams began the day tied for first in the South Atlantic League's Northern Division, but now the Shorebirds are back in front at 14-7.

Delmarva came to bat in the ninth down 3-2. Outfielder T.J. Nichting produced a one-out single into center. After a strikeout, Jarrett came up to face reliever Jake Elliott. After fouling off one 0-2 pitch, Jarrett attacked an off-speed offering and cranked it deep to left for the game winner.

Jarrett finished his day 3-for-4 with his league-leading seventh homer, two runs and two RBIs. He also reached on a hit-by-pitch and made a tumbling catch in left to save a hit in the sixth inning. Nichting scored the other two Shorebird runs.
