In innings 11 through 13, the Orioles left eight runners on base and went 1-for-5 with runners in scoring position. The Orioles have lost 19 of their last 25 games at Camden Yards against New York. They battle against them, play close games, get to Rivera, get great starting, yet still don't win. There is an adjective that fits here, but frustrating probably doesn't do it justice.
